His Holiness Karekin II, the Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, traveled to Jerusalem on Monday, February 15, where he presented His Beatitude Archbishop Torkom Manoogian, the Armenian Patriarch of Jerusalem, with the “Medal of St. Mesrob Mashdots.”

On November 13th, 2009  St. Sarkis embarked on a “joint” fundraiser with our neighbors St. Vincent DePaul Roman Catholic Church.

A “Mediterranean Dinner” was planned and executed by both parishes working together and we are happy to report it was a BIG success.  We served “319” dinners with the help of many volunteers. Our Primate, the Archbishop of the Armenian Orthodox Church (Eastern) Khajag Serpazan, and his Vicar, the Very Reverend Father Haigazoun Najarian, have asked the Reverend Father Vertanes Kalayjian to act as our Spiritual Guide and Shepherd.
